Today we worked in pairs to go on an Easter Egg hunt. I had written multiplication number sentences on plastic eggs. The number sentence part on one part of the egg and the answer on the second half of the egg. The students were given a multiplication sentence and then had to hunt for the egg with the answer. Once they found their answer they could bring it to me to check and then they were given another egg. The most eggs collected by any pair was 12. This was a fun way to review and practice our multiplication facts.
